How long do we commit for?

Our standard agreement runs month to month after a three-month ramp-up period, with 30 days' notice. The ramp-up exists because catalogue work, advertising and indexing need a full quarter before the numbers mean anything.

What do we actually receive, and how often?

A daily KPI snapshot on WhatsApp, a call every two weeks covering stats, stock and sales, and a written monthly report with growth metrics, insight and the plan for the following month.

How quickly can you start?

Onboarding usually takes two weeks: access and account audit in week one, catalogue and advertising groundwork in week two. If a Seller Central account is suspended or gated, we begin on that immediately.

How do you charge?

A monthly management fee based on catalogue size and the number of marketplaces, plus an optional performance share. Advertising budget is spent on your own account and is never invoiced through us. Write to us and you'll get a fixed quote.
